Hi Brandy,

Massachusetts is not offering any incentive for getting the vaccine, nor is there currently any requirement for employees to get vaccinated.

I know many of us are still awaiting additional guidance from the federal government but are any other states planning to offer an incentive for getting the vaccine?

If so, do you know what you plan to offer?  Also, how will you handle employees who are not getting the vaccine due to things such as religious practices?
