Here are salary ranges for the titles on the classification standard.

Grade 18: $57,880 - $71,823
Grade 23: $74,829 - $93,491
M-2: $89,574 - $113,225
M-4: $109,956 - $138,763

Greetings from Boston! The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking salary information from other states for a Test Development Supervisor role within our Civil Service Unit. A brief description of the role is below.

Test Development Supervisor - Position Summary:

  *   Provide leadership to the test development team.
  *   Lead and provide direction to item writers, project manage exams for various public safety titles from entry level through Chief.
  *   Provide guidance across various state agencies on testing methodology.
  *   Vendor management for individual projects and various titles.
  *   Develop and implement job analyses resulting in a test plan.
  *   Design Assessment Centers.
  *   Conduct Adverse Impact analyses.
