[NCASG] Salary Information for Test Development Supervisor Role (MA)

McKenna - Alabama doesn't have a separate class that supervises test development but the State Personnel Analyst IV would be the class that performs these duties and reports to the Examinations Director.  IT's not a 1 incumbent position, we a couple of positions in our exams division that supervise test development.

State Personnel Analyst IV - $58,128.00 - $95,316.00 requires a degree in HR, Public Adm, business type degree and 8 years of test development handling complex written, assessment center and supplemental questionnaire type tests.

  *   Provide leadership to the test development team.
  *   Lead and provide direction to item writers, project manage exams for various public safety titles from entry level through Chief.
  *   Provide guidance across various state agencies on testing methodology.
  *   Vendor management for individual projects and various titles.
  *   Develop and implement job analyses resulting in a test plan.
  *   Design Assessment Centers.
  *   Conduct Adverse Impact analyses.
