[NCASG] State of WV - Definitions Survey

Hi Dori,

We do not have a definition for advanced level work. We do use complexity as one our classification factors, but it usually bolsters our other factors. Please see the attached article for additional information. The article is part of a monthly publication that we send to HR staff in agencies outside of Civil Service.
