NCASG colleagues: after 25 years, six administrations, over 650 classification studies, the creation, design and implementation of nine occupationally specific salary structures, my work here in state government is done.  But wait!  I'm not quitting!  I've been hired to be the Director of Compensation at the consulting firm REDW located in Albuquerque and Phoenix .  I will lead the comp and class unit on all projects private, non-profit and governmental.  I have also worked with Neville Kenning over the years and have gained a great deal of experience in large classification and compensation design projects but now I have a team and a professional firm to support our efforts.
