[NCASG] OR - Clinical Supervision/Preceptor Pay

The State of Oregon is looking to see if other states are paying a differential for employees performing clinical supervision, or preceptor duties, in the following licensed or registered occupations (or similar):

Art Therapist
Music Therapist
Occupational Therapist
Physical Therapist
Psychologist
Behavioral Health Specialist

If additional pay is given, please let us know how it is paid (hourly, flat-rate, percentage, etc.), how much is paid, and what the parameters for payments are.

Unfortunately, we have a short turn-around time to gather this information. If possible - a response before COB on Tuesday, April 11th would be much appreciated!
