This is more a general statement and question. Here in WV, we have
classifications that require a 4 year degree, and most of them have a work
substitution. Are you guys looking at completely eliminating the degree or
are you adding in work substitutions? If you are eliminating degrees what
happens if someone has a degree and no work experience? Just trying to
get a feel for the trend.
