See Colorado's information attached. We used to have the Health Facilities
Compliance Surveyor class, but in the early 2000's it was consolidated into
our Health Professional class series. They are still talking about bringing
it back. Attached is the old (original) CD and our Health Professional pay
grades that are current. The Health Facilities Compliance Surveyor I, II,
and III was consolidated into the Health Professional II, III IV class
series. Let me know if you have any questions. I did a study on this back
in 2021 if you need anything more from me.
