Good morning Geno. See below the pay pan for Colorado's Social
Work/Counselor and the attached class series we have. We just updated our
class series to accommodate for the changes in social work min quals and
increased each level's pay grades for the series. We were under paying and
having a difficult time recruiting and retaining people for this series.
