From Guy.Bramonte at csc.nj.gov Fri Nov 8 13:53:32 2024 From: Guy.Bramonte at csc.nj.gov (Bramonte, Guy [CSC]) Date: Fri, 8 Nov 2024 20:53:32 +0000 Subject: [NCASG] Bilingual roles Message-ID: CAUTION: This email originated outside the State of Idaho network. Hello NCASG colleagues, Bilingual skills are gaining value as workplaces become more diverse and interconnected. It is my understanding that many government agencies and public institutions offer a language differential and/or recruitment incentives (e.g. sign-on bonus) for roles that require these skills. How do your agencies compensate bilingual employees? Currently, we do not provide additional compensation to employees in bilingual positions. Any info you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
