New Online Services Platform & Upcoming Enhancements

Dear Real Estate Licensee,



We are excited to announce that our new Online Services platform successfully launched on July 1, 2024. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to make necessary modifications to ensure the system meets all legal requirements and serves you better.



Our developers are working diligently to enhance the system with the following functionalities:

  *   Continuing Education: A pathway to view recorded continuing education courses.
  *   Public Search: Modifications to search result features to include currently affiliated brokerages and historical employers.
  *   Designated Broker Access: The ability for designated brokers to see salesperson and broker education records, as well as E&O insurance information for all their licensees.



We are working tirelessly to return all phone calls and emails. We appreciate the grace and patience you have shown as we navigate this transition. If you have contacted our office and have yet to hear back from us, please know that we are responding to licensees in the order in which we received their inquiries. Our goal is to return phone calls and emails within 24 hours however, due to the large volume of calls, wait times are currently between 3-5 business days. We kindly ask that you refrain from making duplicate calls and voicemails to help us manage the volume of communications more effectively.



Our agency expects the enhancements above to be resolved within the next 3 weeks. Rest assured that our developers are working around the clock to address them as soon as possible.
