New DOPL System Coming November 4

Thank you for the services you provide for the citizens and businesses of Idaho.
The Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses (DOPL) is excited to inform you that Phase 2 of implementing our new automated system will go live on Monday November 4, 2024, at 8:00 am MDT. This second phase will include converting the legacy systems used for Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC licenses and permits; building, manufactured, modular, and elevator permits; and Outfitters and Guides licenses to the new system.
To prepare for the implementation of the new system, DOPL encourages you to create a new online profile that can be used to apply for licensure, process renewals, purchase permits, submit for plan review, pay for annual elevator fees and many other features to improve DOPL's communication with you.
Here is a link with a video and document on how to create a new online profile in the new system https://dopl.idaho.gov/onlineservices. From this page you can access the new online site by scrolling down and clicking on the button labeled "Go to Sign up and Apply or Renew".
In mid to late October, DOPL will be sending you additional information on the process to link your license, permits or registration to your new online profile in after the cutover to the new system is completed on November 4, 2024.
