Dear Licensee,

We have important news to share. Starting in January 2025, the licensing fees for your board will be reinstated to the rate specified in the relevant rule. For the past few years, the Real Estate Appraiser fees have been charged at a reduced rate, but they will now return to the 2020 rate. This adjustment ensures that we can continue to provide exceptional services, resources, and support to our valued licensees.
