Hello Idaho Nurses-

Primary Health Medical Group has COVID vaccine available for healthcare workers.  If you would like to receive the COVID vaccine at a Primary Health location, please follow the instructions below.  Vaccine is also available for staff working in your offices.


  1.  If you are in Ada, Boise, Elmore or Valley county, please read the general/scheduling instructions here: bit.ly/empinstructA1



  1.  If you are in Adams, Canyon, Gem, Owyhee, Payette or Washington county, please read the general/scheduling instructions here: bit.ly/empinstructC1


  1.  If you are not in one of the counties listed above, you should contact your health district for further instructions; Primary Health is only authorized to vaccinate in the counties listed above.


  1.  Regardless of county location, all vaccine recipients should review certain documents prior to scheduling. Those documents can be reviewed here: bit.ly/empdocs1
