Your licensing Board would like to inform you that Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-1<https://gov.idaho.gov/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/eo-2020-01.pdf> and Idaho Code § 67-5220(2), the Board is performing a thorough review of the administrative rules that govern the profession.

The Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing invites you to comment or ask questions about a draft copy of the rules that illustrate changes being considered by the Board. You may review the proposed changes here: https://dopl.idaho.gov/rulemaking/
