Good morning,

This is  just a friendly reminder that in the next few days, I will be officially notifying agencies to review and update their FY2013 property values contained RMIS for the upcoming July 1, 2012 property insurance renewal.   I will be sending the annual cover letter and official due date your values should be submitted to Risk Management using RMIS.

In the mean-time, please start reviewing your FY2013  property data and make necessary changes (additions, deletions and modifications to existing data).  Inflationary factors have been applied to your FY13 property data (building values increased by 2.5% ; contents, mobile equip. & stock/supplies by 2%).
