Please open and view the two attached cover letters for additional information. After viewing the cover letters: 1. Please log into the Risk Management Information System (RMIS), (Refer to the RMIS Agency User Manual, if necessary) 2. Select the applicable line of insurance coverage. 3. After entering into the applicable insurance screen, click on the 2015 Fiscal Year drop down. 4. Then click "GET ALL" which opens the various data input fields. 5. For the Aviation coverage, please add all applicable Aviation Charter trips which occurred in calendar year 2013. 6. For the Foreign liability coverage, enter applicable information into the RMIS coverage screen for each Foreign trip that will occur or is contemplated during the period of April 1, 2014 through April 1, 2015. 7. Please remember to click the "ADD" button after entering the data for each trip, then confirm the trip migrated to the GRID at bottom of the entry screen. 8. When finished entering the annual renewal data into each of the coverage screens, click the "Send to Risk Management" button. If one or both lines of coverage are not applicable to your agency, simply enter into each of the coverage screens and click the "not applicable" button, then click the "Send to Risk Management" button as proof that the coverage is declined. The process will then be complete. If you have not been trained to use RMIS, or simply need a refresher, please call me at 332-1872 or Kristie Fields at 332-1869. Please respond, using RMIS, by no later than FEBRUARY 14, 2014. Thank you! Joan Compton, Risk Management Analyst State of Idaho Idaho Department of Administration Risk Management Program 650 W. The NA box would not retain the "Check Mark" when clicked. This situation has been remedied. Additionally, there are different versions of Internet Explorer currently in use on many agencies' computers. Web applications aren't always able to keep up with the changes made to Internet Explorer by Microsoft. Therefore, "Compatibility View" must be turned ON at the Internet site for RMIS to work properly. 1. To turn ON "Compatibility View" for the RMIS website, go to: http://webidaho.idaho.gov/ats.net/ and follow the attached instructions. Also, when using the State Controller's I-Time (timesheets) website, the "Compatibility View" will need to be turned OFF, following the attached instructions; otherwise, you will notice that the View Print Reports button and the Enter Time button are missing. Should you have questions, please contact me at joan.compton at adm.idaho.gov or 332-1872. Thank you!
