Hello,

The Risk Management System (RMIS) is ready to use for continued data changes to your Property, Inland Marine or Auto schedules.

Following are a few reminders:


  1.  Select the 2017 Fiscal Year when making your data changes because the Property, Inland Marine and Auto screens for 2016 are now closed.


  1.  FOR NEW DATA ENTRIES (versus modifications to existing data):

*         After selecting the 2017 Fiscal Year drop down, then click the "GET ALL" Button which populates the data into the bottom of the coverage screen.
*         When entering a new item, remember to change the Coverage Start Date field to the effective date you want coverage to begin.   (The date currently defaults to 7-1-16, so it needs to be changed to the date the coverage is to begin for the item entered.)
*         Remember to click the "ADD" button after entering the new data record to the screen, so the new entry populates to the bottom of the screen.  If the agency has more than one page of data showing in the bottom of the screen, the new entry generally shows up on the last page.
*         To REMOVE an item from coverage between today and June 30, 2017, select the option from the pop up:  "Remove for all of year 2017".


  1.  FOR MODIFICATIONS TO EXISTING DATA:
*         After making modifications to existing data, you must click the "MODIFY" button or the change will not be accomplished properly.


  1.  The major property values for FY17 were brought forward from FY16 and trended with a 2.5% increase to building values and 1.5% increase to all contents and stock/supplies values over FY16 values.  Mobile equipment values are not increased as they are to be entered with Actual Cash Values, not replacement values.
