Can you tell me If the above subject building is on your RMIS property schedule and if so, by what name do you have it listed?  I can’t find it by the name listed above.

I believe CWI leases that building from you and if so, does BSU bill CWI for property insurance costs as part of the lease?

This property is a bonded project run through the Idaho Building Authority administered by Wayne Meuelman, if that helps any.

I’m asking because Eastern Idaho Technical College is no longer a state entity and one of their buildings is also a bonded project and we are trying to figure out if the state should retain that building for insurance or if ICRIMP should insure it as they now cover EITC effective 7-1-18.
