[Icoord] Employment Practices and Sexual Abuse Audits

For our upcoming insurance renewals we are collecting employment practices information from each agency. Please login to Origami to find the "Employment Practices" and "Sexual Abuse Liability" audits under the "more" button when looking at your agency's main page. Here are some pictures and the origami link for reference:

Please click "create audit" and answer all questions, then click submit. There is also a "Sexual abuse liability" audit for agencies that work with minors. Please answer "yes" or "no" and submit this audit as well.

Please complete these questionnaires by Monday, 3/29.
