[IDHR] State of Idaho’s Total Compensation Employee Benefits Survey Results

On behalf of Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter, thank you to all employees who participated in the State of Idaho’s Total Compensation Employee Benefits Survey.
The Office of the Governor received valuable feedback from 12,354 state employees on potential changes being discussed by the Legislature’s Interim Committee on State Employee Group Insurance and Benefits. Please find the State of Idaho Employee Reward Survey Results attached to this email. As the Governor has consistently supported employee benefits in his annual budget submitted to the Legislature, these survey results will be presented to the appropriate legislative committees as budgets and legislation are developed over the next year.
At this time, no decisions have been made to change employee compensation or benefits.
