[IDHR] Luma Off-Cycle Historical Correction

Good afternoon HR Contacts,

Paystubs are currently available to view in Luma! Please have your Agency employees review their paystubs. If an employee is identified as missing a timesheet and not getting a paycheck Friday 8/4, they must be updated and authorized by Thursday 8/3 at 3pm to make it on the off-cycle payroll for the Friday 8/11 pay date.

For information on how to do a historical Timesheet Adjustment, please follow the steps on the Historical Timesheet Adjustments QRG (note, must be logged into Luma and the Service Portal to view): https://idahosco.servicenowservices.com/sp?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0012211

Please submit a support ticket with Human Capital Management > Luma WFM > Off-Cycle Request categorization to let us know to process them on the Off-Cycle correction.
