[IDHR] 2023 Flu Shot Clinics

Greetings!

We are reaching out today to notify you that Flu Shot Clinics are back for Fall 2023! You may view dates and schedule your appointment on our website: https://healthmatters.idaho.gov/flu/
Walk ins are welcomed, but scheduling an appointment time is highly encouraged. We have attached some flyers regarding dates and locations to this email for your review.

The new COVID booster should be available by mid-September and will be brought to the clinics. If you have any additional vaccine needs, you can sign up for those while scheduling your appointment. Please note that a Consent Form must be filled out and brought to your appointment. The form will be available for download on our website. Additionally, please be sure to bring your insurance card(s) to the clinic and wear clothing that allows access to the upper arm/shoulder region.
