[IDHR] Upcoming Luma Micro-Learnings

Greetings,

We are excited to continue sharing knowledge through the Luma Micro-Learning sessions. To help coordinate schedules and to plan as far in advance as possible, we will hold sessions on Wednesdays at 2:00 PM MT. Below you will find the session details as well as future course topics. Attached are the calendar invites with the Teams links for each session. Please note - sessions will be recorded for internal training use only and will not be shared with participants unless noted otherwise.

Upcoming Luma Micro-Learning Sessions - Wednesdays at 2:00 PM MT:

  *   8/30/23 - "Funding Updates" with Hanna Hall and SCO
Bonus session from 3:10 to 3:45 PM "Resources" with Courtney Butler
Recording for the "Resources"  session will be made available! This bonus session will start 10 minutes after the Funding Updates session ends. You can stay online or log into Teams using the same link.
  *   9/6/23 - N/A due to holiday week
  *   9/13/23 - "Resignations and Terminations" with Hanna Hall
  *   9/20/23 - "Performance and Goals" (refresher) with Haley Westenskow
  *   9/27/23 - Topic TBD

Future topics to be scheduled later this year:

  *   "Jobs and Job Country Attributes" with Logan Klass
  *   "FTE and Annual Hours" with Hanna Hall and SCO
  *   "Hire" (refresher for benefitted and non-benefitted employees) with Hanna Hall
