[IDHR] FY2025 Change in Employee Compensation (CEC) Report

I am pleased to share the Fiscal Year 2025 Change in Employee Compensation and Benefits Report with you. This is published on the DHR website<https://dhr.idaho.gov/wp-content/uploads/FY2025CEC.pdf>, along with the FY2023 Salary Savings reported that was prepared by the State Controller this year (Appendix K).

As a reminder, the schedule for the CEC meetings this year are as follows:

  *   December 12th, 2023 at 2:30 PM
  *   January 10, 2024 at 1:00 PM
  *   January 17, 2024 at 1:00 PM

In the past, the CEC Committee has solicited written testimony from state employees and invited agency directors to come testify. I am in communication with the Committee Chairs on how they would like to proceed this year and once I find out more information, I will share that with you.

I have also shared this information with agency directors. If you could please coordinate with them on dissemating this report to your agency, as appropriate, that would be much appreicated!
