[IDHR] HR Specialist, Sr. - Transfer/Lateral Opportunity

Position: Human Resource Specialist, Sr.
Location: Boise - Central DHR

The Idaho Division of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking a full-time Human Resource Specialist, Senior to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated team player who is able to build effective working relationships with state agency leadership, supervisors, human resource staff, and employees.

This position will be located at DHR in Boise and will serve as the HR support to multiple state agencies in areas such as employee relations, classification, compensation, and ensure consistent application of DHR statutes, rules, and policies. This position will also function as a lead in areas such as recruitment, FMLA and processing within a work unit. Upon implementation of HR Modernization, this position may also supervise HR professionals in the field.

There are exciting things happening with HR Modernization and this is a great opportunity for a new role at DHR!
