We have brainstormed a few options to assist you. 1. How to reach out to candidates who applied for the same job classification at a different agency: (Note: sharing lists should only be an option when the classification for the posting is the same at both agencies.) * Contact the agency HR or recruitment contact responsible for the announcement. This helps to ensure they are done with the list and not planning to use it for a future opening. * Provide them with the link to your open position. * Ask them to send an "Invite to Apply" email (found in Insight and OHC templates) to all candidates on the referred and or hiring list besides those that were hired. * If one of the candidates does apply for your position and meets the MQ's, move forward with your normal process. * As with any recruitment, DD Vets and layoff candidates must be offered an interview if they have applied and met the MQs for the position. The current Certified Public Manager Program(r) (CPM) cohort will be finishing the program this spring. As a part of the program requirements, each participant must present a synopsis of their capstone project. These presentations are scheduled for May. The grading panel is typically DHR staff but I would love to offer an opportunity to our HR team to sit in on the presentations. You will have the opportunity to hear about the amazing work that has been completed throughout the State, within a variety of agencies.
