[IDHR] Donated Leave

Hello,

During today’s Luma Support Meeting, we learned that donated leave isn’t functioning properly in Luma. To mitigate this issue in the short timeframe to process payroll, we will have employees code ADT (paid administrative leave) in lieu of the sick hours they would have coded. We’ll need to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements, haven’t gone over their allowed leave for the year, and manually track the hours that are donated leave to submit a correction for later. If someone has an employee with this situation (Michelle Hermann) can we chat in the morning to put together detailed instructions we can share with everyone on a process and tracking?
