Hello!

This week we were able to make progress on HR's ability to see the status of actions they've submitted... YAY! We're really excited about this. I know it was much needed! That being said, it isn't perfect (for instance, all the TA and Offer actions aren't showing up but we're looking into it) and you can see statewide for now (we're working on this too).

To see the status of pending actions, you'll need to click on your Generalist role and then select Action Request on the left menu. From there, you can see an action, click the blue work unit # and see where it's at in the routing process.

Since you have statewide access right now, please do not click on any actions that you are not yours and you do not have a need to know. We need to ensure we maintain confidentiality and only access/share information on a need to know basis.
