Subject: Parking Garage #1

Good afternoon,

I wanted to send out notice in regards to continued maintenance construction in parking garage #1 at 550 West State Street. If this could be disseminated among employees parking in the Capitol Mall it would be appreciated. As the garage is mostly open at this time; floors will be closed off again to prepare for and complete some final maintenance work. There will be signs and cones placed to close access to project areas.

The work will start on Saturday August 5th 2023 and this work will take place on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of the garage. The 1st floor will still remain open and accessible throughout the project, with only a few spaces temporarily needed for short periods. The project is set by Division of Public Works to have a final and complete end date for the end of November 2023. The garage then will fully reopen on all floors.

We greatly appreciate the patience from all employees as we have worked through multiple maintenance projects related to the garage. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions to the Capitol Mall Parking Office, parking at adm.idaho.gov<mailto:parking at adm.idaho.gov>.
