[IDHR] Transfer of Leave Balances for DHR Employees

Hello!

We met with the State Controller's Office this morning to discuss the process to get leave balances of our HR employees transferred to DHR as part of HR Modernization; specifically, the comp and on call balances since when you transfer agencies those get paid out or don't come with you (depending on the situation). Since everyone is still showing in the system under a different agency code, we can't easily pull a report on the information; however, we have a list of everyone transferring to DHR and are going to manually look up the data on the "ILV" screen in EIS so that we can make sure everyone maintains these balances (there may be some that gets paid as it's supposed to, for instance covered comp balances over 6 months). We will begin doing this tomorrow since we need final payroll to run today to give us up to date data.

If everyone could do us a favor and go into your timesheet tomorrow or later and take a screenshot of the data, that way you have something to compare against once we get it all loaded to make sure nothing was missed or keyed incorrectly.
