[IDHR] Hours Worked This Week

Hello everyone!

As a reminder, with the holiday yesterday everyone will want to be mindful of working more than 32 hours this week. I understand several are involved in the Luma project and may be needed for more than 32 hours but for those who don't have critical priorities requiring extra hours, please limit your hours to 32. What happens during holiday weeks is that employees receive their holiday pay plus any hours worked, which affects the agency budget a little differently than other weeks (normally time over 40 would accrue for FLSA exempt employees but during the holiday it pays out those hours plus holiday pay).

For future holiday weeks, please get pre-approval from your supervisor and HR Manager/Bureau Chief/Chief Learning Officer to work more than 32 hours of ACT in a holiday week.
