Position: Human Resource Specialist, Sr.
Location: Boise

We have an opportunity for a Human Resource Specialist, Senior to provide support for Idaho State Board of Education<https://boardofed.idaho.gov> and Division of Career and Technical Education<https://cte.idaho.gov/>.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated team player who is able to build effective working relationships with state agency leadership, supervisors, human resource staff, and employees.

This position will be located at Idaho State Board of Education and will serve as the HR support to both agencies for approximately 135 staff, in areas such as employee relations, classification, compensation, recruitment, processing, and ensure consistent application of DHR statutes, rules, and policies.
