Hi all -



Please join me in congratulating Tasha Pacholke on her promotion to Human Resource Officer, supporting the Liquor Division and the Lottery Commission!  Tasha will start in her new role beginning 10/30.



Tasha joined the state in January 2022. Her most recent position as an HR Specialist, Sr. supporting the Department of Health and Welfare has been one of her favorite roles to date. Tasha has 12+ years of experience in various HR leadership roles in the private sector, along with a background in project/program management. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Human Resource Management. Currently, she is pursuing her M.A. in Organizational Leadership with a Change Leadership concentration at Gonzaga University.



She readily admits that she drinks too much coffee, and insists La Croix is a fine substitute for water.  She is a lifelong reader who spends more time on Good Reads than she does on Facebook. She currently has four, yes, FOUR teenagers in the house and asks for your thoughts and prayers as she navigates these dark days. She has never, ever done karaoke and she stands by that decision. But, she has done a few stand-up comedy sets at Boise's local comedy club.



She is incredibly excited to provide HR support to the Liquor Division and Lottery Commission  leadership, HR team, and awesome employees across the State of Idaho!"
