[IDHR] Updated Workers' Compensation Preferred Provider List

Action: Please share with your agency and replace prior preferred provider lists with this one.

Hello All,

Sterling Urgent Care, one of our workers' compensation preferred providers, has acquired a few clinics in the Treasure Valley. These clinics have been added to the preferred provider list and include the location, hours of operation and phone number for the clinics. Attached is an updated preferred provider list. This has also been updated on the DHR website. Please let me know if you have any questions.
