There are six (6) positions on the IGC-Executive Committee (IGC-EC) up for election this year. Anyone wishing to stand for election to one of these positions should submit the necessary information to Erin Seaman by March 14, 2014. Details below.

The IGC-EC acts as the decision-making and steering body for the Idaho Geospatial Council and, as such, is instrumental in setting the state direction for GIS. This includes responsibility for setting GIS Standards and Guidelines, as well as helping projects move forward that are important to the overall GIS community, federal partners, state agencies, local government and private sector.

March 14 - Final day to submit names for nominations
March 28 through April 4 - Voting period
Week of April 7 - Results
April 15 - New  committee members begin two-year term of office (subject to approval by ITA)
