[Igc] Attendance for IGC and IGC-EC Meetings on May 22

All,

For the IGC-EC and IGC meetings on May 22, I will be setting up a phone bridge (for those of you phoning in) and a video bridge (for those of you joining the meeting from one of the designated video conference locations).  The IGC-EC meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m., and the IGC meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. and is scheduled to run until approximately 4:30 p.m.  (Information regarding the additional training sessions being scheduled for May 21 will come separately.)

In order to ensure that I have enough phone and video bridge ports reserved, I need to get a head-count of everyone who will be joining by phone or video.  The bridge information for both the IGC-EC and the IGC meetings will be the same, no need to hang up and call back in for the IGC meeting once the IGC-EC meeting wraps up.

Please confirm by replying to this email how you plan to participate in these meetings:

**If you are attending in person, be advised that the visitor's parking lot at the corner of 6th and Washington is currently closed due to construction of the new parking garage. Please allow extra time to find street parking near the Capitol and be sure to bring enough change for the meters to avoid a ticket.**

I will have more details regarding the video conference physical locations as we get closer to the date.
