[Igc] Parking in the Capitol Mall (for IGC-EC and IGC) this Friday

All,

I had a great question from someone about the parking for Friday, so I'm emailing some additional information:

If you will be driving a state vehicle, you may park on the top (5th) floor of EITHER Garage 1 OR Garage 2 in any of the spots marked "State Vehicle" (there are quite a few spots - almost the entire top floor of each of these garages is reserved for state vehicles, and during the workday there are plenty of open spots).

Garage 1 may be entered from either 5th Street or Washington Street.
Garage 2 may be entered from either 6th or 7th Streets.

"General Employee" parking is for state employees who work in one of the Capitol Mall office buildings, who pay for a monthly permit, and "Special Permit" refers to state vehicles.
