[Igc] Proposed/Updated Definition of Land Surveying

At the August 21st Idaho Geospatial Council - Executive Committee (IGC-EC) meeting, Coy Chapman, Ada County Assessor's Office and Jack Clark, Idaho Society of Prof. Land Surveyors, presented the new Proposed Definition of Land Surveying for Idaho Statute 54-1202.  Updates have been made since the meeting to the language in the proposed bill.

Attached are a briefing paper and the Proposed Updated Definition of Land Surveying (9/15/14), which is the version submitted to the state by 9/15/14 (the deadline for this Legislative year).
