[Igc] Scheduling of May IGC and IGC-EC Meetings

IGC and IGC-EC members,

We are in the early stages of planning for the May IGC-EC meeting and the spring bi-annual IGC meeting of 2015 (to be held in Boise), which will be held on the same day in order to bring both groups together.  The IGC-EC meeting is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, May 21.  However, due to the Memorial Day weekend falling so close to that date, we would like to poll the IGC and IGC-EC members for their preference/availability.  (Please note that other locations around the state - besides Boise - are being discussed for the fall bi-annual IGC meeting.)

Please respond to this email with your preferred meeting date:

Tuesday, May 12
Wednesday, May 13
Thursday, May 14
Thursday, May 21

Details regarding final date selected, meeting location and agenda will be emailed out as they become available.
