[Igc] Spring Bi-Annual IGC Meeting / May IGC-EC Meeting (Ada County)

All,

The 2015 Spring Bi-Annual IGC meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, May 14th.  The meeting will be held in Ada County, and I have tentatively reserved space, but we are still seeking a viable location outside of the Capitol Mall.  If you know of a meeting space that would accommodate our needs, please let me know as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, April 10.  Amenities we are seeking include:

*         Wi-Fi access

*         Access to a phone port (we have our own toll-free phone bridge and polycom if one is not available)

*         Screen for projecting slides (we have our own portable projector if one is not available)

*         Video conferencing access

*         Convenient all-day parking

*         Seating for 30+ people (estimate)

Please note that I have looked at a number of meeting space options, but based on availability of space and amenities, this is the location I have tentatively reserved:

Joe R. Williams (JRW) Building, 700 W. State St., Boise:

*         Amenities include:  Wi-Fi, video conferencing, phone bridge, projector/screen

*         Downside:  Limited parking

If you have a preference or would like to suggest an alternative location, please let me know no later than Friday, April 10.
