If you plan to attend next week's IGC and IGC-EC meetings on Thursday, May 14, and would like to obtain a full-day parking pass, please respond to this email no later than 12 noon on Monday, May 11. As the organizer of these meetings for the hosting state agency, I must provide at least three (3) business days' notice, along with the names of the attendees wishing to obtain a parking pass, to our facilities manager. I will forward the passes to you as soon as I get them, but given the short notice, it could be as late as Wednesday before I receive them. Specific instructions regarding use of the pass will be included with the pass.
