[Igc] Parking for the IGC and IGC-EC meetings - May 14

All,

It was just announced yesterday that starting next week Capitol Mall Parking is reviving their program for meeting parking permits for state agency hosted meetings here in the Capitol Mall.

If you plan to attend next week's IGC and IGC-EC meetings on Thursday, May 14, and would like to obtain a full-day parking pass, please respond to this email no later than 12 noon on Monday, May 11.  As the organizer of these meetings for the hosting state agency, I must provide at least three (3) business days' notice, along with the names of the attendees wishing to obtain a parking pass, to our facilities manager.

I will forward the passes to you as soon as I get them, but given the short notice, it could be as late as Wednesday before I receive them.  Specific instructions regarding use of the pass will be included with the pass.
