[Igc] Approval of ITA Enterprise Standard S4250

The following ITA enterprise standard was approved at a special meeting called by the IGC-EC on February 4, 2016:

*         Enterprise Standard S4250<http://ita.idaho.gov/psg/s4250.pdf> (Enterprise GIS Data Sharing Standard)*

*Approval of the standard was subject to the following revisions which were agreed upon by the committee:

*         Strike the term "Interagency" from the title of the standard

*         Under Section IV. B. 3. strike "Esri Raster" and replace with "Erdas Imagine (*.IMG) format

*         Under Section IV. C. strike "2. DEM tiles"

*         Move the last paragraph under Section IV. beginning:  "It is recommended that publicly available Map and Image Services...." to a separate, new section titled: Section V.  "Data Delivery"

*         Re-number all subsequent sections

*         Rename Section VII. (formerly Section VI.) from "Technical and Implementation Considerations" to "Notifications"
