[Igc] Scheduling of Spring IGC Bi-Annual Meeting

IGC members,

We had originally planned to schedule the Spring IGC Bi-Annual meeting for May 19th.  However, due to a conflict, we are looking at alternate dates.

Please check your calendars and let me know which of the following dates you prefer for this meeting:

Tuesday, June 7
Wednesday, June 8
Thursday, June 9
Tuesday, June 14
Wednesday, June 15
Thursday, June 16

Once it has been finalized, I will send out a "save the date" with additional details to the IGC listserve.  Also, as has been done for past meetings, the plan for that day would be to hold a brief IGC-EC meeting (probably an hour or less) just to take care of any action items/committee business first, and then adjourn and move straight into the IGC meeting, which will be a full day meeting.  For those of you planning to travel, this meeting will be held in downtown Boise (full details to follow once we get a new date scheduled).
