Garage 1 may be entered from either 5th Street or Washington Street. Garage 2 may be entered from either 6th or 7th Streets. "General Employee" parking is for state employees who work in one of the Capitol Mall office buildings, who pay for a monthly permit, and "Special Permit" refers to state vehicles. Please note that the December 18th IGC-EC meeting will be cancelled, and we will be starting the new schedule in January. To make the transition as seamless as possible, the IGC-EC meetings will be held on the third Thursday of the month in which they are scheduled.
