This is the first emailing of the link to the newest newsletter.   The Board will be using this distribution list to send out a link to the newsletter vs. mailing a postcard with the link.   The good news, try as you may - clicking on the postcard link will get you nowhere, but clicking here should point you right to the newsletter:  http://www.ipels.idaho.gov/newsletters/NEWS56.pdf
