MGS Status Update

[Masks Gloves Sanitizer Sourcing Program]

Thank you very much for your participation in the State of Idaho sponsored MGS (mask, glove, sanitizer) program. Our goal is to help you as Idaho Rebounds.

You are receiving this communication because you have submitted a request for supplies to the MGS Program.  We want to give you an update on our current inventory levels and other important information about the program.


  *   Sourcing remains a challenge and demand is heavy - As of May 28th, there has been approximately $635,000 of MGS sourced and there have been over 2,500 requests for MGS.  We are bringing additional inventory in as fast as we can and have filled as many orders as possible from stock on hand. We hope to be fully stocked and ship all current requests by the end of next week (June 5th).
  *   Some orders may be partially filled  - We know you need the supplies for your business now. To expedite outstanding orders, we are partially filling orders so you can get back to business. We are working on a back order system, but for now, If you don't receive everything you requested, please place another order for what you didn't receive.
  *   Cloth masks are taking longer than we anticipated - We  are still a couple of weeks out on getting enough cloth masks in stock to fulfill the current orders. To expedite fulfillment, we are going to substitute any cloth mask orders with disposable masks at no charge to you until we receive cloth masks. If you feel that you will still need the cloth masks, please submit another sourcing request on the website (shown below) after you receive the disposable masks.
  *   If you can't afford the MGS - There is a new form placed on the MGS website (supplies.idaho.gov<www.supplies.idaho.gov>) for small businesses and nonprofits that cannot afford the MGS.  If you're one of these organizations, please complete the form and certify that you're not financially able to purchase the MGS
  *   Request a one month supply - We ask that you request not more than a one month supply for your small business or nonprofit.  Again, although we are getting ahead of it, supply is very tight and we want as many successful businesses and non-profits in Idaho as possible.
