[OCIO_CUCM] CALL MANAGER MAINTENANCE

Maintenance - Tuesday evening 8/28/2018  6:00-8:00 pm

Scope(s) of work:
We will be upgrading the software on the State Call Manager phone system from version 11.0 to 11.5 and adding a new language PAK (software) to the Unity Connection voicemail servers.

Affected Services/Agencies:
Telephones and voicemail - Users should expected service to their phone to be intermittently unavailable during the outage and phones will reboot several times during the maintenance.  Voicemail servers and services will only be briefly interrupted when the servers are rebooted.
All Agencies are encouraged to ensure that services are functioning after the maintenance period.
