All, we are planning the addition of 160 new Tax Commission Users to the telephone and voicemail system on Thursday night after 6:00 PM.  This should not necessitate any service outages on the phone or voicemail systems except in the event that we need to reboot any servers.

In preparation for addition Tax User migrations we are adding a second Contact Center server for high availability.  Contact Center services are only currently utilized by the Department of Insurance, Secretary of State and Division of Building Safety.  Again, this will be completed after 6 PM and  should be have not impact to system Users. Thank you.


Scope(s) of work:
Adding 160 new phone and voicemail Users.  Adding new CCX server to cluster.

Affected Services/Agencies:
Servers may be re-boots may occur but, after 6:00 PM MST.
